As the IBM API Business Strategist, one of the most frequent requests I receive is to help a business create an API Economy Business Strategy. To assist, I've pulled together a set of topics that need to be decided for each business. This includes: Establishing and prioritizing goals, Creating methods and procedures, Understanding organizational impact, Establishing appropriate governance, Understanding technical impact, Communication, and Evaluating what is working and what is not / Vitality. This session introduces each of these topics to assist the attendee in developing their own API Economy business strategy.
