API World 2018

There are plenty of examples of "designing” an API, but most fall short on implementation and maintenance.  In order to consistently scale consumer-focused design of APIs across an organization we must first change perspective on development practices.  Defining and designing to the needs of consumers results in a more useful API and brings efficiencies to the organization.  Companies of all sizes will benefit from creating an API design experience that works for them and for their consumers.
