If software is eating the world, APIs are the #1 enablers. The use of APIs for integration/ automation has skyrocketed with the number of apps used in support of business functions. At Workato, as the leading API automation platform, we work with 1000s of APIs ranging from joyful, to downright painful. As consumers of APIs, we have a different perspective and in this session we share some of the lessons learnt in the hope that it is useful for API developers, and on a more selfish note, a cathartic experience for us.
